Year 12 is completed with the IB Diploma, providing access to university education. • Previous IB DP programme experience as teacher and coordinator
• Familiarity with national and international educational systems and practices
• Experience in education management, school improvement and educational change
• Experience in educational management and innovational change
• Proficiency in gathering, analysing, and presenting data
• Presentation and communication skills to represent the school
• Understands financial, marketing and communication implementations
• Able to perform strategic thinking
